Guest with reservation

When guests engage with your hotel's PWA by either following their personalized link or inputting their unique "ID Code," they will be redirected to the “Identified check-in” screen, where they would be asked to enable notifications and install the app if they haven´t done so yet. Installing a PWA only means creating a shortcut in your guest home for easy access (they dont have to go to the app store and download the app, accepting the pop up message to install it is enough). Guests have the option to complete their pre-check-in immediately or do it at a latter time. In the meantime, they can navigate through your PWA at will and get to know your hotel better. They will consistently be reminded to finalize their Pending Pre-Check-In, with a sign displayed on both the home page and within the Check-In section. Upon completion of the Pre-Check-In process, guests will be able to view their updated status directly on the home page. Additionally, all relevant messages will be conveniently located in a dedicated section for easy access.
